Total Power Groups switchgear division is the heartbeat of the company.  Bespokely manufactured from our Headquartetrs in the West Midlands, our switchgear is deployed to a variety of applications.  Thee can include the most reillient such as Data Centres and Health Care or more commercial such as Cat B fit outs within office developments.  Whatever the application, our experienced sales and design team will guide you to the correct product selection and with our installation experience the importance of installation is considered at every step of the way.  Our product ranges can be found but not be limited as below.

PACKAGED SUBSTATIONS

Total Power Group supply bespoke packaged substations individualised to each clients requirements.  These cabin include the following:

*HV incoming circuit breakers / RMU’s 
* Cast Resin, Oil / Midel filled Tranformers
* Close Coupled to LV switchboard 
* Bespoke TX enclosures
* Interlocked enclosure for safety 
* Up to and including 4MVA 

Low Voltage Switchboards

Total Power Group supply bespoke packaged substations individualised to each clients requirements.  These cabin include the following:

*HV incoming circuit breakers / RMU’s 
* Cast Resin, Oil / Midel filled Tranformers
* Close Coupled to LV switchboard 
* Bespoke TX enclosures
* Interlocked enclosure for safety 
* Up to and including 4MVA 

Generator Switchboards

Total Power Group supply Generator Switchboardds and with our in house Generator division we offer our opinion on design, control and integration of the switchboard within the overall distribution system.  Our generator switchboards include:

* Mains generator control and changeover via either manual or automatic facility
* Variety of changeover systems offered including manual control via Castell interlocking, fully automatic via specialised selected controller or built to detailed supplier specified selection.
* G59 offering for full synchronisation between the mains and generator.

UPS Switchboards

Total Power Group supply UPS Switchboardds and with our in house UPS division we offer our opinion on design, control and integration of the switchboard within the overall distribution system.  Our UPS switchboards include:

* Mains fed with UPS Input / Output distribution facility
* Maintenance Bypass and Extertnal Wrap Around Bypass facilities
* Castell interlocking and other specified interlocking availability
