MAJOR UK FLOUR PLANT

Total Power Group completed a major Low Voltage Switchgear replacement for one of the UK's major flour producers and distributors.  The package included the manufacture of the new LV Switchboard to incorporate the existing cabling requirements and installation. This was required to be completed within a 12 hour window to limit the loss of production for the flour company during the shutdown period. Total Power Group were able to get this panel installed, commissioned and live within the time period we were allocated, thus showing our capability to complete tasks within a time period to suit our client. 

UK CAR MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Total Power Group were contracted to undertake the design, manufacture and installation of  various 11KV Packaged substations within the prestigious Jaguar Landrover manufacturing plant in Solihull.  Providing double ended RMU’s, 11KV TX’s and LV Switchboards.  This particular job required us to deliver both the HV and LV elements. 

PARK TOWER HOTEL LONDON

Total Power Group were delighted to assist Manstal Ltd in a complete upgrade of the LV Distribution system at Park Tower Hotel, London in 2020.  The project involved the replacement of 4 x LV Switchboards, this needed to be completed in accordance with the 24hour running of the hotel. This job required flexibility with us ensuring that we were liasing with both the client and the hotel to get the job completed in a timely manor. 

NIGHTINGALE HOSPITAL EXETER

Total Power Group were contracted by T Clarke during the initial phases of the global COVID-19 pandemic to assist in the manufacture, delivery and installation of this complete LV package at the Exeter Hospital.  The new temporary / permanent hospital had to be put together from design to completion within weeks.  To assist with this we looked to work outside the box and Total Power Group provided containerised switchgear solutions. We were working all around the clock in order to get this package delivered and installed within a very short time period.
